Welcome to the Unity Collective NFT Marketplace. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Unity Collective NFT Marketplace ("Marketplace"). By using the Marketplace, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with these Terms or any part of these Terms, you must not use the Marketplace.

2. Eligibility

To use the Marketplace, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By using the Marketplace, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To buy or sell NFTs on the Marketplace, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. User Conduct

As a user of the Marketplace, you agree to:

  • Use the Marketplace only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Not engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Marketplace, or which, as determined by us, may harm the Marketplace or users of the Marketplace.
  • Not use the Marketplace in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the Marketplace.

5. NFT Transactions

All transactions conducted on the Marketplace are final. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to buy, sell, or trade any NFTs listed on the Marketplace. We do not guarantee the authenticity, originality, or value of any NFTs listed on the Marketplace.

6. Fees

We may charge fees for the use of certain features or services on the Marketplace. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed to you prior to completing any transaction. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Marketplace.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Marketplace, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Unity Collective or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from the Marketplace without our prior written permission.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unity Collective will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Marketplace.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unity Collective, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Marketplace or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. Your continued use of the Marketplace after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of East Africa, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
