Creator terms (summary, creator-terms-2026-10-17)

  • Unity keeps a 20% commission on the artwork price. You receive 80%, paid within 30 days of Unity receiving payment, by M-Pesa or bank.
  • Paybill fees are paid by Unity out of its 20%. Your 80% is never reduced by fees.
  • Shipping is paid by the buyer and is not part of the 80/20 split.
  • You are 18 or older, the work is your original creation, you keep the copyright, and you describe prints and edition sizes honestly.
  • You and every person shown in your photos must be 18 or older. Photos of anyone under 18 are never allowed. Unity may decline or unpublish any listing.
  • We process your details to run the marketplace, in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act. See our privacy notice.
